Election Security Risk Assessment (ESRA) is KDI’s holistic assessment of the pre-election environment towards identifying early warning signals and risks to the peaceful conduct and administration of an election. This assessment is predicated on VTrack – KDI’s citizen-led violence tracking initiative, to provide an impartial voice on violent incidents in Nigeria, primarily electoral and armed conflict.
